HISTORY

The Martini is one of the world's most celebrated cocktails, with origins that are still debated. By the early twentieth century, it had evolved into the spirit-forward combination of gin and dry vermouth recognised today, becoming a symbol of elegance, precision, and craftsmanship. Small adjustments to the ratio of vermouth, dilution, and garnish allow the character of the base spirit to take centre stage.

Our SONKLIN Martini follows the modern dry style, using a 6:1 ratio of SONKLIN to dry vermouth. The subtle grain character and exceptionally clean profile of Thailand's contemporary rice spirit create a Martini that is crisp, delicate, and expressive, offering a distinctly Thai interpretation of one of the cocktail world's true classics.
