Choeng Doi Distillery is a Thai craft distillery based in Chiang Dao, producing contemporary rice and sugarcane spirits rooted in place, raw materials, and production clarity.
We work with a limited number of international importers and distribution partners, alongside leading bars, hotels, and retailers, to build long-term presence in key markets. Our focus is not rapid expansion, but careful placement, education, and sustained brand value.

We are currently expanding selectively into international markets and are open to conversations with importers and distributors who share a long-term approach to category building.

Single Estate bottlings, 90 bottles per release, allocated by market.
Bartender Residency
One week in Chiang Dao for a bartender from a partner venue, ending in a guest shift.
