The Estate Experience adds what the standard tour doesn't have time for: time inside our sugarcane fields, more time in production, a tasting that moves from our house range up to our rarest pours, and a cocktail at the end made from whichever spirit you liked best.

THE AFTERNOON
Five chapters, one estate.
CHAPTER ONE
Welcome and orientation
A welcome cocktail and a short orientation before the tour begins, so you know what the afternoon holds.
CHAPTER TWO
Roots, rice, and the still house
A walk into whatever's in season, followed by an extended tour of production, well beyond what the standard tour covers. Along the way, a taste of spirit before filtering, set side by side with the finished bottle.
CHAPTER THREE
A shared table, our rarest pours
Local, seasonal food, followed by a dedicated tasting of our Single Estate range, poured and discussed on their own terms.
CHAPTER FOUR
The botanicals, before the glass
Before our most flavour driven pours, a short stop at the tasting table to see and smell the raw ingredients themselves: cacao, coffee, jasmine, and dried fruit, then a tasting built entirely around flavour and story.
CHAPTER FIVE
A sundowner, your choice of spirit.
The afternoon ends with one full sized cocktail, built from whichever spirit you liked best that day, served as the sun sets.

What's the difference between the Distillery Tour and the Estate Experience?
The Distillery Tour is a one hour introduction covering the essentials. The Estate Experience is a half day: time in the fields, an extended tour, several distinct tastings, and a sundowner cocktail at sunset. It covers more ground and more of our range.
Is the Estate Experience available year round?
No, it runs October through March, aligned with Chiang Dao's cool season and our rice and sugarcane harvest windows. This keeps the fields genuinely in season rather than staged.
How much will we drink?
Tastings are paced across the afternoon with food and water between each one, finishing with a single cocktail at sundown. Let your guide know if you'd prefer smaller pours at any point.
Can we book for just two people?
Yes, two guests is our minimum for this experience, and groups stay small throughout.
What should we wear or bring?
Comfortable shoes for the walk through the fields, and something you're happy to wear into early evening. The day ends outdoors, at sundown.
