NOTES:

Adapted from Bar Leone (Hong Kong)'s Santa Marta - a straightforward rum swap, since Choeng Doi Blanc's agricole character is exactly the register this style of drink was built for.

The original's caster sugar has been converted to 15ml cane sugar syrup for consistency with our other recipes.

HISTORY

A Daiquiri variation from Bar Leone (Hong Kong)'s cocktail programme, built around a small measure of kirsch eau de vie.
