INGREDIENTS

SONKLIN • 45 ml / 1.5 oz

Fresh coconut water • 225 ml / 7.5 oz

STEPS
  1. Add all ingredients to a chilled higball glass with rock rice.

  2. Stir until combined.

NOTES:

The quality of the coconut water will have a significant impact on the finished drink. Choose a high-quality coconut water with a fresh, natural flavour and no added sugar. Fresh is ideal, but frozen coconut water is an excellent alternative and often retains more of its original character than shelf-stable versions.

HISTORY

The highball is one of the simplest and most enduring cocktail styles, built around the idea that just a few carefully chosen ingredients can create something greater than the sum of their parts. Light, refreshing, and easy to enjoy, highballs have become a staple of bars around the world.

Our Coconut Highball was first served at Last Call in Bangkok, where it became the first cocktail on a menu to feature SONKLIN. Inspired by Thailand's abundance of fresh coconuts, it pairs coconut water with SONKLIN to create a clean, tropical drink that is as refreshing on a hot afternoon as it is as an easy evening serve.
