INGREDIENTS
Choeng Doi Blanc • 30 ml / 1 oz
Fresh lime juice • 15 ml / 0.5 oz
Cane syrup (or simple syrup) • 15 ml / 0.5 oz
Allspice dram liqueur • 7.5 ml / 0.25 oz
Garnish:
Nutmeg (for garnish) • pinch
Orange slice • 1
STEPS
1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice
2. Shake until chilled (15 seconds)
3. Pour all contents into a rocks glass (double strain optional)
4. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg
5. Add an orange slice
NOTES:
