HISTORY
The Negroni was born in Florence in 1919 when Count Camillo Negroni asked his bartender to strengthen his favorite Americano by swapping soda water for gin. This agricole variation replaces the gin with rhum agricole blanc, trading juniper for the grassy, vegetal funk of fresh-pressed sugarcane, while keeping the classic bitter-sweet balance of Campari and vermouth intact.
