NOTES:

A simple, elegant refresh of the classic highball template. The rosemary adds savory, evergreen aromatics without overpowering. Grapefruit juice provides citrus brightness. This is the perfect aperitif - low alcohol, high refreshment, deeply aromatic.

Batched Version: Not recommended for batching. The beauty of the G&T is in its simplicity and built-to-order freshness. Prepare rosemary and grapefruit garnishes ahead of time for quick service.

HISTORY

The Gin & Tonic emerged during British colonial rule in India as a way to make quinine (an antimalarial) palatable. It evolved into one of the world's most iconic and adaptable cocktails. Seasonal variations - like this winterized rosemary version - are a natural evolution.

SOKLIN's delicate character shines in this stripped-back formula where the spirit gets equal attention to the mixer and botanicals. It's a drink that proves simplicity and sophistication are not mutually exclusive.
