Our Blanc spirit is our version of a grand cuvee. Each year our team blends the component estates in order to produce a highly complex spirit that combines the best of each and every estate. A portion of our blanc is held back every year in order to provide a reserve for next year’s blanc, effectively creating a solera system that produces complex multi vintage spirits.
Tasting Notes
Our Jasmine Rice Spirit is our own estate grown rice, fermented and double distilled with jasmine flowers to create a pure, lightly scented spirit akin to a rice vodka. Our rice spirit has a fresh citrus nose with a gentle sweet finish. This is Thailand’s spirit.
